Improvement of Canton Tower Model
1. Change of the surface
Firstly I tried to change the surface of Canton Tower by simulating Airspace Tokyo, for which I used the Voronoi algorithm. Also I had offset the surface to generate thickness.

2. Shadow range analysis
Secondly I did a shadow range analysis. It could choose a specific date and analyze the intraday shadow distribution of the building. We could input the information about local meteorological parameter such as solar altitude or solar illuminance. The picture below showed the result, the different color in different area represent different illumination time in the same day.

3. Genetic algorithm
Lastly I tried to optimize the design by using genetic algorithm. I set the area of the side building to ten times of the base area, and finally I got the proper radius of the base.

Compared to the picture above, in this picture we could see that the radius had been changed.
